Andrew Benge/RedfernsKeith Richards and wife Patti Hansen won’t be spending the night together anymore at the luxury New York City penthouse they first put on the market back in March 2016. According to The Daily Mail, the residence has been sold for $9.995 million, $2 million less than the Rolling Stones rocker’s asking price.

Richards actually is taking a loss on the sale, since he paid $10.5 million for the duplex apartment — which is located in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village — when he purchased it in 2014.

The abode features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a 47-foot-long combination living room/dining, a large family room and three private terraces offering impressive city views. The main bedroom suite has two walk-in closets.

Not surprisingly, some personal touches were added to the property reflecting Richards’ status as a rock legend, including a phrase painted on a wall in one of the bedrooms that reads, “You’re Never Too Young to Rock and Roll.”

The Rolling Stones just wrapped up a summer European leg of their No Filter Tour with a concert this past Sunday in Warsaw, Poland.
