Warner Bros. RecordsJerry Cantrell is the latest artist to collaborate with DC’s new comic book series Dark Nights: Metal.
The Alice in Chains guitarist/vocalist has released a new solo track called “Setting Sun,” which was inspired by the new Batman story. You can download the song now via digital outlets.
Other artists who’ve worked with DC on the Dark Nights: Metal project include Mastodon‘s Brann Dailor and Deftones‘ Chino Moreno.
You can also hear Cantrell on the forthcoming new Alice in Chains album Rainier Fog, due out August 24.
