ABC/Randy HolmesOzzy Osbourne has been complaining a lot lately, and apparently that’s a good thing.

Speaking with Access, the metal legend’s wife Sharon and son Jack say that his increase in complaints means he’s recovering well after being hospitalized for complications with the flu earlier this year.

“Well, if this gauges where he’s at, he’s complaining a lot and he’s back to his normal routine,” Jack says. “So everything’s A-OK there.”

“That’s always a good sign, when he complains and he’s miserable,” Sharon adds. “Then you know it’s good.”

In fact, the most worrisome Ozzy behavior, according to Jack, is when he’s “happy and skipping around.”

In late January, Ozzy postponed his U.K. and European tour due to the flu. He was then hospitalized as he continued to battle the illness. In mid-February, Sharon revealed that Ozzy was out of the hospital and was “doing great.”

Ozzy’s expected to launch a U.S. tour with Megadeth in May.
