Reprise RecordsGreen Day is reissuing its 1997 album, Nimrod, in honor of its 20th anniversary. The two-LP, individually numbered collection will be released October 13, but you can pre-order it now via GreenDay.com.
Originally released on October 14, 1997, Nimrod features the singles “Hitchin’ a Ride,” “Nice Guys Finish Last” and, of course, the acoustic hit “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life),” which has become the soundtrack to high-school graduations across the country despite being a bitter breakup song. The album has since been certified two-times platinum.
Green Day is currently touring the U.S. in support of its latest album, Revolution Radio.
