Carlos Santana launches new men's shoe line, available now at Zappos

Credit: Maryanne BilhamCarlos Santana has launched a new collection of men’s footwear as part of his Carlos by Carlos Santana line of shoes. Anthony Veer – Carlos by Carlos Santana Shoes for Men are available for purchase now at online retailer Zappos.com.

The shoes are available in a variety of sophisticated designs with names inspired by the guitar legend’s song sand albums, including “Corazón,” “Gypsy” and “Freedom.”

“In collaboration with world-renowned legend and artist Carlos Santana, we created a line of classic handmade shoes with the quality and workmanship that embodies the name Carlos Santana,” says an executive for Santana’s shoe line.

The partnership between Santana’s shoe line and Zappos also will extend to initiatives to benefit the musician’s Milagro Foundation and the charity Zappos for Good.

“Together, we strive for excellence and elegance in every step,” Carlos says in a statement. “Our new partnership with Zappos only furthers our collective goal to help children around the world while simultaneously offering style, comfort and integrity.”

The Milagro Foundation, which was established by Santana and his family in 1998, provides financial assistance for various community-based charities concerned with the well-being of underprivileged children.
