Krieger co-wrote “Nasty Kinky” with his good friend Arthur Barrow, whose resume includes stints playing bass with Frank Zappa and with Robby’s side group Robby Krieger’s Jam Kitchen. The funky tune features Robby singing and speaking lyrics that were inspired by actress Nastassja Kinski. A different version of the track was heard in the 1989 horror film “The Freeway Maniac.”
