According to TMZ, the Journey guitarist and his wife, Michaele, claim in their suit that she was taking photos at the front of the stage a concert at which Schon was performing in March of 2017 when a security guard hired by Live Nation “violently assaulted her,” as TMZ puts it, and pushed her into the public address system.

Neal and Michaele are both claiming in the suit that they suffered emotional distress, with Michaele also claiming she was humiliated.

TMZ claims they’ve seen the suit, and also say Schon and Michaele are suing for unspecified damages.
