Is Elton John collaborating with rapper Future?

Matt Baron/ShutterstockUnlike many artists his age, Elton John loves hip hop, and has collaborated with many rappers over the years, including Eminem, Kanye West, Young Thug and more.  Now it looks like the 72-year-old legend might be working with yet another rap star.

Rapper Future posted a photo on Instagram of himself posing with Elton, along with the headline, “Me and my brother @eltonjohn leaving the studio. Love is Love.”

So far, there’s no confirmation that the two have actually recorded together; it may be that they simply ran into each other at the same recording studio.  Future is reportedly working on his next album, while Elton is, of course, on his farewell tour.
