Settlement reached over legal dispute between Tom Petty's daughters and widow

L-R: Adria Petty, Tom Petty and Dana York; Jeffrey Mayer/WireImageTom Petty‘s daughters Adria and Annakim have reached a settlement regarding their legal dispute with the late rocker’s widow, Dana Petty, Rolling Stone reports.

According to documents obtained by the magazine, the opposing parties came to a “settlement agreement,” the full details of which were not divulged.

Adria and Annakim, both of whom are from Petty’s first marriage, sued Dana, his second wife, in May of this year. The pair claimed that Dana hadn’t honored her duties to Perry Unlimited, the company set up to oversee Tom’s estate, and had withheld assets and diverted them to another company she launched.

The lawsuit claimed that Dana’s actions have cost Petty Unlimited more than $5 million.

Tom Petty died October 2017 at age 66.
