The Accelerated Reader Program through Renaissance Learning is the tool we use to practice & support reading in our Classrooms. Students are able to choose to read a book or article that is of interest to them.  A reading level & goal are set for each student based on where they are as readers.  When a student completes a reading, they take a short quiz to monitor comprehension.  Based on their score, students are given points toward their individual goal. …

The Inclusion Festival taking place May 11th (a non-profit music & arts event) at the Petaluma Community Center, is looking for volunteers to help with parking, assist at the face painting station & more.  Volunteers must be at least 10 years old with adult supervision to particiapate.  Without supervision, volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
