ABC/Randy HolmesDuring Foo Fighters’ show in Japan over the weekend, drummer Taylor Hawkins paid tribute to Chris Cornell by putting a decal of the late Soundgarden frontman on his kick drum. Cornell’s widow Vicky appreciated the gesture.
“Thank you @foofighters @taylorhawkins for your support and continuing to honor Chris’s memory,” she tweeted.
Cornell took his own life on May 18. He was 52.
