ABC/Randy HolmesThe Grateful Dead spinoff group Dead & Company has postponed the remaining two scheduled concerts on its 2017 tour following the emergency appendectomy singer/guitarist John Mayer underwent on Tuesday. The newly shelved shows were to have taken place this Thursday in Orlando, Florida, and Friday in Sunrise, Florida.
As previously reported, Dead & Company also postponed its concert on Tuesday in New Orleans because of Mayer’s operation. John is in “good spirits” following the surgery, according to a spokesperson.
All three shows will be rescheduled. Information on the new dates will be announced soon and all tickets will be honored for those performances. Ticketholders can get refunds at the point of purchase.
