Davies currently has 15 confirmed U.S. tour dates mapped out, from a February 14 show in the Los Angeles suburb of West Hollywood, California, through an April 21 concert in Medina, Minnesota.
The 70-year-old Rock & Roll Hall of Famer’s itinerary includes an April 2-3 stand at the City Winery in New York. Davies’ April 19 concert in Waukegan, Illinois was to have featured The Smithereens as his support act, but since that band’s frontman, Pat DiNizio, passed away on December 12, it’s unclear if the remaining members still will be playing the show. Smithereens drummer Dennis Diken is also part of Dave’s touring band.
Davies’ latest album, Open Road, was released this past March. It’s a collaborative project that he recorded with his son Russ.
