A Vimeo user called Sleep Good has uploaded a new version of the grunge classic played in a major key instead of a minor one. The result is a song, renamed as “Teen Sprite,” that could fit in with the pop-punk bands of the late ’90s or early 2000s.

Of course, there’s already a track that sounds a lot like a major key version of “Smells Like Teen Spirit”: “More Than a Feeling” by Boston.
