Who frontman Roger Daltrey adds solo dates to 2018 tour schedule

ABC/Richard CartwrightThe Who‘s Roger Daltrey recently revealed that he’ll be playing a series of solo shows this year while bandmate Pete Townshend takes a break from the group, and the singer has now added a few concerts to his itinerary to go along with a previously announced March 13 date in Stockton, California.

The new shows are a pair of Las Vegas performances, March 7 and 10, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and a March 15 concert at the Fox Oakland Theatre in Oakland, California.

Tickets for the dates go on sale to the general public this Friday, January 12, at 10 a.m. PT. Pre-sale tickets for the Las Vegas shows will be available starting Wednesday, January 10, at 10 a.m. local time and for the Oakland gig on January 11 at 10 a.m.

Singer/songwriter Leslie Mendelson will be Daltrey’s support act for all four of his confirmed concerts.

For his solo concerts, Daltrey will be backed by members of The Who’s touring band. Roger’s shows will feature performances of Who classics and rarities, as well as some of his solo hits.

3/7 — Las Vegas, HV, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
3/10 — Las Vegas, HV, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
3/13 — Stockton, CA, Bob Hope Theatre
