Credit: Scarlet PageA leaked photoshoot may have revealed the lineup for the Smashing Pumpkins reunion.

The photos, obtained by AlternativeNation.net, show original Pumpkins Billy Corgan, James Iha and Jimmy Chamberlin, as well as guitarist Jeff Schroeder, who’s been in the band since 2007.

The lineup has yet to be officially confirmed, but Corgan acknowledged the rumors with a photo of himself wearing a fuzzy hat on Instagram.

“ANOTHER leaked photo, this one of me in a funny hat. WTF?” Corgan wrote in the caption. “I think if you look closely enough you’ll see [Led Zeppelin bass player] John Paul Jones hiding in the brim.”

Corgan’s comment seems to be referring to the fact that the bass player for the alleged reunion is yet to be announced. Original bassist D’arcy Wretzky previously confirmed that she will not be taking part in the reunion.

Over the past month, Corgan has been heavily hinting at a Pumpkins reunion without officially confirming anything. In January, he posted a photo of himself alongside Iha and Chamberlin in a recording studio, and then last week, he revealed that “we” were working on an album with iconic producer Rick Rubin, presumably referring to the Pumpkins.

This past weekend, he wrote that he has “26 songs currently in various states of completion, production, insanity.”

Corgan, Iha, Chamberlin and Wretzky founded Smashing Pumpkins in 1988. Wretzky left the band in 1999, and Iha followed suit in 2000. Chamberlin left and rejoined the Pumpkins several times before returning as a touring member in 2015.
