Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagicSince at least 2013, Jane’s Addiction frontman and Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell has been talking about a new project called Kind Heaven. Now, it’s finally coming to fruition.
Described as a “groundbreaking new entertainment venture,” Kind Heaven will open in Las Vegas in 2019.
“Lollapalooza forever changed the way fans experience live entertainment and Kind Heaven will take that to the next level, mesmerizing the audience through sights, sounds and deliciously exotic smells,” says Farrell. “Nothing like this has ever been attempted before. It’s going to be incredible.”
According to a press release, Kind Heaven combines “leading edge technology” and “Hollywood-style storytelling” in order to take attendees on a “sensual exotic journey that offers the best of Southeast Asian culture, music, food, danger, fashion, exoticism, exploration, mystery and spiritual enlightenment.”
Kind Heaven is also described as “family friendly by day and adult at night.”
We’ll have to wait until 2019 to see what exactly all that looks like, but until then, you can stay tuned to KindHeaven.com.
