Spitfire Music/SPVThe Dead Daisies, the all-star band comprised of ex-members of notable rock acts, released their latest studio album, Burn It Down, today.

The 11-track collection is made up mainly of hard-rocking original tunes, and also includes a cover of the Rolling Stones classic “Bitch.” Burn It Down is available in various formats, including a CD digipak featuring a booklet and poster; a deluxe colored-vinyl disc package that includes a four-page poster booklet and a CD; and a vinyl picture disc; as well as digital and streaming versions. The Dead Daisies kick off a world tour in support of Burn It Down this Sunday in Glasgow, U.K. After a run of spring European shows, the band will head to Japan in June, then will play a variety of European festivals in July. The hard rockers’ North American trek promoting the album will begin August 15 in Cleveland. Full details will announced soon.

The current Dead Daisies features one-time Motley Crue singer John Corabi, former Whitesnake and Dio guitarist Doug Aldrich, ex-Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy bassist Marco Mendoza, rhythm guitarist and band founder David Lowy and the group’s newest addition, former Journey drummer Deen Castronovo.
