The Dio Returns tour, featuring members of the Dio band playing alongside the hologram, will launch in the U.S. on May 31 in Ft. Myers, Florida, and will wrap up June 29 in Las Vegas.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 12 at 10 am local time via RonnieJamesDio.com.
Joining the hologram on stage will be Dio members Craig Gold, Simon Wright and Scott Warren, as well as Bjorn Englen of Dio Disciples. The show will also include ex-Judas Priest singer Tim “Ripper” Owens and Lynch Mob vocalist Oni Logan.
“Looking forward to hitting the road with this incredible piece of technology and celebrating Ronnie and his timeless music again with his friends and fans,” says Wright.
