ABC/Randy HolmesGreen Day will play an intimate show in Madrid, Spain, next week, and the band may be teasing a special surprise for the performance.

In his Instagram Story, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong posted a cropped photo from the cover of Green Day’s iconic 1994 album Dookie, with the Spanish flag spliced in. Fans are now speculating that the punk trio will be playing Dookie in full at the Madrid concert.

The diamond-certified Dookie, which spawned the singles “Basket Case,” “Longview” and “When I Come Around,” celebrated its 25th anniversary earlier this year. Armstrong later revealed that he and the rest of Green Day tried to think of something to celebrate the milestone, but they “couldn’t quite come up with anything.”

However, he did tease that “2019 still has time,” suggesting that something Dookie-related may still happen.

Green Day’s Madrid show takes place on Wednesday, October 30. The group then will head to Seville, Spain, to play the MTV World Stage concert on November 2 ahead of the MTV Europe Music Awards, taking place November 3.

In the summer, Green Day will launch the Hella Mega tour with Fall Out Boy and Weezer in support of their forthcoming new album, Father of All…, due out February 7.
