The annual event is held every year in honor of the late metal legend, who died of stomach cancer in 2010 at age 67.

Among the rockers who attended and bowled in this year’s tournament, which was held earlier this month in Studio City, California, include Dave Grohl, Black Sabbath‘s Geezer Butler, former Guns N’ Roses members Steven Adler and Gilby Clarke, and Ozzy Osbourne bassist Rob “Blasko” Nicholson.

The Dio Cancer Fund supports research and seeks to educate people about the early detection, prevention and treatment of prostate, colon and stomach cancer. Visit DioCancerFund.org for more information and to donate to the charity.
