RhinoStone Temple Pilots have announced a new, acoustic album, titled Perdida. The collection features 10 original songs and will be released February 7.

You can listen to the album’s first single, “Fare Thee Well,” streaming now via YouTube.

The title Perdida is Spanish for “loss,” which guitarist Dean DeLeo says reflects the mood of the record.

“You have to live it to write it, and this record is a reflection of where we’ve been recently,” he explains.

STP will embark on a North American acoustic tour in support of Perdida next year starting February 5 in Vancouver. In addition to playing songs from the new effort, the band will also play unplugged versions of tracks from throughout their catalog.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 6. You can get access to a pre-sale if you pre-order Perdida via StoneTemplePilots.com.

Perdida follows STP’s 2018 self-titled album, which was their first with new lead singer Jeff Gutt.
