The Genesis Film Festival kicked off this past Saturday with a screening of 1982’s Three Sides Live, which features footage from shows that were held November 28 and 29, 1981, respectively, at the Savoy Theatre in New York City and the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York.

Three Sides Live will be viewable at Genesis’ YouTube channel until this Saturday, April 25, when the second movie in the series, The Mama Tour, premieres.

The Mama Tour was released in 1985, and was filmed in February 1984 in Birmingham, U.K., near the end of Genesis’ tour supporting its 1983 self-titled album.

The other concert flicks that will be shown during the Genesis Film Festival are Live at Wembley Stadium on May 2, The Way We Walk on May 9 and When in Rome on May 16.

Live at Wembley Stadium, which originally was released under the title Invisible Touch Tour in 1988, features performances from a July 1-4, 1987, stand Genesis played at the famous London venue.

The Way We Walk was initially issued in 1993, and features footage from a November 8, 1992, show at Earls Court in London.

When in Rome was released in 2008, and captures a June 14, 2007, performance at Rome’s Circus Maximus, which was part of Genesis’ Turn It On Again reunion tour.

All of the movies will remain on YouTube for seven days.

As previously reported, Genesis plans to kick off a reunion trek of Ireland and the U.K. dubbed The Last Domino? Tour on November 16 in Dublin.
