Aerosmith's Joe Perry to rock L.A.'s The Roxy in celebration of new solo album

Courtesy of MSO PRAerosmith‘s Joe Perry will celebrate the release of his forthcoming solo album, Sweetzerland Manifesto, with a special concert on January 16 at The Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, California.

The show, which will take place three days before the album hits stores, will feature Perry teaming up with some as-yet-unannounced musical friends to play new solo songs, Aerosmith tunes and select covers.

General admission tickets for the “Joe Perry and Friends” concert go on sale this Friday, December 15, at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketfly.com.

Sweetzerland Manifesto features collaborations with, and guest vocals by, Cheap Trick‘s Robin Zander, David Johansen and British blues-rock veteran Terry Reid.

Joe’s Hollywood Vampires band mate Johnny Depp, Who touring drummer Zak Starkey and Perry’s sons Tony and Roman also contributed their talents to the record, which was executive produced by Depp.

The album’s lead single, “Aye, Aye, Aye,” was co-written by Perry and Zander, and features Robin on lead vocals. The track can be purchased now as a digital download, and also is available via streaming services.
