Credit: Michelle ShiersStone Temple Pilots have shared another preview of their forthcoming self-titled album, which is their first with new lead singer Jeff Gutt. The new track is called “The Art of Letting Go,” and you can grab it now via digital outlets.
Given the deaths of past STP singers Scott Weiland and Chester Bennington, you can guess what “The Art of Letting Go” is about. As the title suggests, the track is a softer, slower tune, especially compared to the grungier previously released singles “Meadow” and “Roll Me Under.”
Stone Temple Pilots the album will be released on March 16. The band kicks off a headlining tour March 2 in Santa Clarita, California.
