ABC/Randy HolmesMetallica has released an official live video from the band’s performance at the Chris Cornell tribute concert last week.
The clip starts off with comedian and actor Jack Black introducing the metal legends. After frontman James Hetfield riffs a bit of “One” with Black, the rest of Metallica joins Hetfield onstage, and they launch into a cover of Soundgarden‘s “All Your Lies.” You can watch the performance now on YouTube.
Also during their set, Metallica played the Soundgarden track “Head Injury,” as well as their own songs “For Whom the Bell Tolls” and “Master of Puppets.”
Other performers during the star-studded night included Foo Fighters, Miley Cyrus and Maroon 5‘s Adam Levine, as well as members of Soundgarden, Audioslave and Temple of the Dog.
