Boots & Vines 2025 Fundraiser to Support Former Foster Youth and Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

Windsor, Ca– Boots & Vines, the beloved annual festival celebrating country music and fine wines, is proud to announce that its 2025 event will be back, in partnership with Martinelli’s Winery, on June 7, 2025. The fundraiser aims to raise essential funds to support former foster youth and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Community Support Network’s mission is to help individuals with complex care needs realize their potential by providing strength-based holistic services. With a vision to create compassionate, healthy, and safe communities, CSN empowers people to achieve stability and reach their full potential through high-quality, trauma-informed care management and supportive housing.

“Helping young people reach their potential is noble work. The youth who came from challenging backgrounds appreciate the support from our community.” said Tom Bieri, Executive Director of CSN. “Through this fundraiser at Boots & Vines 2025, we will be able to provide cost savings to the community by expanding our ability to help young people grow into contributing members of society and live healthy full lives.”

The fundraiser will include live entertainment, BBQ by When Pigs Fly, an exclusive live auction, and opportunities for attendees to contribute directly to CSN’s mission. Attendees will also have the chance to learn more about the organization’s programs and how they can get involved in making a difference.

Key aspects of the Community Support Network fundraiser include:

· Direct Impact Giving: All proceeds from the event will support housing, care management, and stability programs for former foster youth and individuals experiencing homelessness.
